Transparent Franchise Economics
Founding 10: $10,000 initial franchise fee and $499/month flat office franchise fee under the defined Founding 10 terms.
Offices 11–25: $15,000 initial franchise fee.
Office 26+: $20,000 initial franchise fee.
Ongoing model: 0% revenue royalty, 2% National Brand & Marketing Fund, $0 per-agent franchise fees, $0 per-transaction franchise fees, and no hidden franchise fees.
Corporate-generated referrals: 15% referral fee on qualifying corporate-generated brokerage referrals that close, as defined in the applicable agreements.
Additional third-party costs and legally required operating expenses may apply and are disclosed separately where applicable.
Territory Protection
Yield Realty intends to award protected territories in a way that avoids unnecessary intra-brand competition, particularly in smaller markets. Final territory rights and exceptions will be defined in the Franchise Disclosure Document and franchise agreement.
