WHAT YOU DO PAY
The model includes the applicable initial franchise fee, published flat monthly office franchise fee, National Brand & Marketing Fund contribution, and a corporate-generated referral fee when a qualifying corporate referral closes. Ordinary brokerage operating costs and third-party expenses are separate.
